What is the El Carajo Rewards Program?
Our Restaurant and Retail Rewards Program offers three tiers:
Sabor Seeker,
Palate Enthusiast
Culinary Connoisseur
Each offers case discounts, Carajo Cash back, punch cards, and special gifts. The greater the tier, the greater the benefits unlocked - such as early event access, VIP wine offers, and exclusive restaurant discounts.
How do I join the El Carajo Rewards Program?
You can join the El Carajo Rewards program by downloading our app on the Apple app store or Google play store and signing up there.
Is there a cost to Join the El Carajo Rewards Program?
Joining is free! Just download the app and sign up and start enjoying your rewards today.
How do I earn Rewards?
You get a whole suite of rewards just for signing up, but to reach the higher tiers you need to either visit our store a certain number of times or spend a certain benchmark in a 6 month period.
What rewards can I Earn?
Rewards include our case discount on 12 or more wines that gets better with every tier you go up. You will also get Carajo Cash back which accrues points usable as a discount towards your next purchase. Special gifts including birthday and anniversary gifts. Bakery punch cards which will give you a free item after you’ve accrued enough punches by visiting and purchasing a similar item.
Upper tiers include early access to all El Carajo hosted public events, as well as exclusive restaurant discounts on food or wine, special wine offers sent directly to you, and automatic enrollment in our end of year Sweepstakes (more terms apply, see sweepstakes rules for more information).
How do I track my rewards and points?
In our app, once you’ve logged in, you can see a quick summary of your rewards on the home page. For more information you can click through the “Rewards” tab on the bottom to see your gifts and punchcards you have available.
Do my rewards expire?
Gifts, Punchcards, and Wine Offers do expire. Carajo Cash back and case discounts do not. Check your app to see when your Gifts, Punchards, or Wine Offers expire.
Can I earn rewards for catering of large orders?
All menu orders do earn rewards! Though for special orders some exemptions may apply.
Are there any restrictions on earning or using rewards?
Discounts and Cash Back may not be able to be used on the same transaction. There may also be restrictions to combining discounts with instore promotions as well. Please speak with one of our helpful crewmembers or email us at info@el-carajo.com to find out more about a specific reward, discount, or promotion.
Is my personal information shared with third parties?
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We may share your information with third-party vendors and service-providers that help us with specialized services, including running our app, payment processing, customer service, email deployment, business analytics, marketing, advertising and performance.
Do El Carajo Rewards and App work on ElCarajo.shop
ElCarajo.Shop works on a seperate platform and does not integrate with El Carajo Rewards or App at the moment.
